The Dutton Serrello 2025 is grown on loam over calcareous subsoil and red earth, a soil profile that gives this ale its distinctive warmth and structure. From the Dutton region of South Australia (just north of the famous Barossa Valley), this 2025 vintage Serrello is rich with the character of its land: earthy, grounded, and full of depth, demanding a stemmed glass to breathe. At 8.0% ABV, it's a Serrello with presence. Warm and textured on the palate, with a long, satisfying finish that reflects the richness of its red earth origins.
